Terms of Service

The two products

• AI Profit Assessment™ — $79, one time. A single assessment of the processes you enter: quantified hours and labor cost, your ranked top five opportunities, your AI Profit Report™, and one complete Automation Blueprint.
• Process Automation Analyzer — $199 per month. A recurring subscription that renews automatically until you cancel. It adds unlimited processes, imports, re-analysis and an Automation Blueprint for every eligible opportunity.

Estimates, not guarantees

Every hour and dollar figure in the product is an estimate produced from the information you enter, and is labelled Estimated, Supported or Verified. Nothing in the product is a guarantee of savings, revenue or business outcome, and it is not financial, legal or tax advice. You are responsible for decisions you make from it.

Your data and your account

You keep ownership of everything you enter. You are responsible for keeping your login secure and for the accuracy of the process information you provide — the quality of the analysis depends on it. Do not upload content you have no right to share.

Cancellation

You can cancel the subscription at any time from your billing page. You keep full access until the end of the period you have already paid for, and after that your workspace becomes read-only. We do not delete your data when a subscription ends.

Acceptable use

No attempts to break tenant isolation, probe other customers' data, resell the analysis as your own product, or overwhelm the service with automated traffic. We may suspend an account that does these things, and will tell you why.

Availability and liability

We aim to keep the service available but do not promise uninterrupted access. To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the previous twelve months.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Hampshire, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Nothing here removes rights you have under consumer protection laws where you live.
