Refund Policy
If the assessment didn't give you something useful, ask for your money back. No argument.

AI Profit Assessment™ — $79
Refundable in full for 7 days after purchase if the AI Profit Report™ did not give you a useful, actionable view of where automation pays back first. Email us and say so — you do not have to justify it in detail. Refunds are returned to the original card and usually appear within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
Process Automation Analyzer — $199 per month
Cancel at any time from your billing page. Canceling stops the next renewal and you keep full access until the end of the period you have already paid for, so the remainder of the month is never wasted. Part-month refunds are not issued by default. If you were charged for a renewal you clearly did not intend — for example you canceled but the charge landed anyway — contact us and we will refund it.
What happens to your data after a refund
Access to paid features ends, but nothing you produced is deleted. If you buy again, your workspace is exactly as you left it.

Email heidi@theintelligentworkforce.co from the address on your account. We reply within one business day and process approved refunds immediately.
